It Is Time to Reinvent the Wheel

When you write down your life,

every page should contain something that no one has ever heard about.

Elias Canetti

And that is why you have to reinvent the wheel!

Because you are going places

the old wheels never dreamed of!

You are going to travel roads

that no one else has traveled!

Find things that were made only for you to find!

Do things that only you were created to do!

And you are going to have to invent the wheel that gets you there.

Helen Keller said: Life is either a great adventure or nothing at all.

Go!

Invent that wheel that will take you on YOUR great adventure

The beautiful thing about this adventure called faith

is that we can count on Him never to lead us astray.” – Pastor Chuck Swindoll

It's A Reach

It is better I think to grab for the stars

Than to sit frustrated believing you

cannot reach them

R A Salvadori

What has been slipping through your fingers-

 this

or this

well....

It all depends on where you have been reaching

Those who have insight shall sign brightly like the brightness of the heavens

and those who lead many to righteousness like the stars

forever and ever.

Enjoy!

Not what we have but what we enjoy constitutes our abundance

Epicurus

A box

a crayon and a piece of paper

a ball of clay

a hill to roll down

Remember when those things made you feel as though you owned the world

And there was abundance in the smallest thing and joy to be had in the smallest act?

Today, I am going to remember to enjoy what I have

before I go looking for more

A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart,

Luke 6:45

The Painted World

Don't waste your time away

thinking about yesterday's blues

Jon Bon Jovi

Yesterday's blues

The red rage of anger

The green of envy

The golden promises of today

Choose your color

and you paint your world

I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

Genesis 9:13

Anybody, anybody?

 Action is eloquence.

William Shakespeare

"Somebody should really do something about that"

"Somebody should say something about that"

"Somebody should help those people."

"Somebody" is very busy

Perhaps this call is for you.

If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.

James 4:17

Love the Day You're With

Write in your heart that every day is the best day of the year

Ralph Waldo Emerson

What are you waiting for?

Today is the best day you will ever have, so tell it how you feel about it!

You will never get another chance....

Until tomorrow

But tomorrow is not here

So love the day your with!

You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

Psalm 16:11

Your Choice

We cannot cure the world of sorrows but we can choose to live in joy.

Joseph Campbell

It spreads, you know.

Joy-

it spreads like sunshine in a cloudy sky

Like melting butter on dry toast

Like leaves in an autumn wind

Joy has nothing to do with being happy

But it has everything to do with choice

and that's poetiquejustis

You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Psalm 16:11
