When it is time to make a change
you know it
but knowing is not nearly enough
When you believe in that change
You are getting closer
but you are still not "there"
Make sure it something worth doing
and then be virtuous enough
to get it done

Then you will prosper if you are careful to observe the statutes and the rules that the Lord commanded Moses for Israel.
Be strong and courageous.
