I am going to stop putting things off starting tomorrow. Sam Levensen
Procrastination
It is nothing new
The word has been around since the 16th century
mid 16th century: from Latin procrastinat- ‘deferred till the morning’, from the verb procrastinare, from pro- ‘forward’ + crastinus ‘belonging to tomorrow’ (from cras ‘tomorrow’)
The attitude has been around far longer
Everyone puts off doing things they don't want to do
Unless they want to be successful
Then it's about time.
And that's poetiquejustis
A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man.
Proverbs 6:11
