The sun always wins

I live at the beach
And those pictures you see of our sunny Southern California mornings
Exist only in the mind of some PR firm in Manhattan
Our mornings are usually "socked in"..".marine layered"...
And all the other other mariner euphemisms for dull, stubborn grey that could rival Saettle
But we bear with it because eventually...
The sun is going to win
The sun comes bursting through the clouds with all the drama of an action hero
The sky instantly submits to being blue
And we forget that the clouds were ever here.
Today- if things seem a cloudy and grey,,,,
Remember-
The sun always wins.
Even better- be that sun in someone's life and let it reflect on you!
