One More Round

Energy and persistence conquer all things.  Benjamin Franklin and....

There are days I want to quit - we all have those days!

We want to thrown in the towel.

Stay down for the count

Never come out of the corner again

But then- the bell rings

That "bell" in our head that says

keep going

And we take life on for

 just one more round

Because that is who we are

And that is what we do.

So, sometimes you just feel different and you don't know why

and there are days when no matter what you do

you get stuck in the tall grass and cannot get going!

and there are those days when it feels as though no one is listening

but other days

 you know someone cares

 Someone is there to show you the way home

 and you just know you belong!

so all, in all, Duckie,

you really ARE quite lucky

Could be, but I have met some very good ideas 

during those "dull bits"
