What Have You Got In Mind?

To renovate- to break off from the old ways of thinking

 and make new again

To once more become a novice at living and wanting to learn

To see life as novel and full of wonder

Clearing out the clutter others have left behind

and lighting up the shadowy spaces

 Measuring my words to fit my transformed mental space

Choosing what will color my emotions and not giving anyone else the right to brush it off

It is Spring

Plan some renovations

That's what I have in mind
