Bless souls while they can be reached.
I have a friend whose organization for the homeless
has the slogan
a "hand up- not a handout"
That does not mean she won't provide a coat when they are cold
Or a meal when they are hungry
It just means she knows that the coat or the meal is not enough
She is there for them as people
That's the 'reach' in outreach
and that's poetiquejustis
