Moving On

 

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known

We are all headed somewhere today

Some of us will be in a hurry

Some of will be dragging our feet

                                             Some of us will only move along in our minds

                                        And yet today, we are all headed somewhere

 

And we will not be the same person tomorrow that we are today

Rivers flow

Tides go in and out

Birds take flight with the seasons

And the journey is ahead

 

Everyone is going somewhere today-

even if only in their dreams
