"En"  - within

and "ergon"  - work

OK..here is the whole picture

They got it!

Energy does not come from here

or here

or even here

                                                                       giving

                                                                       and doing

                                                 and seeing with the eyes of love no matter what

and that's poetiquejustis

And there are varieties of activities, 

but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.
