There are times when it is not easy to believe in life
It is not easy to go on
To know why
or how
or if
Yet
We struggle
We press on to the summit
We persevere through the darkness
We smile and we laugh and we sing and we are human
Until once more the light breaks through and we remember that life after all
simply is
very much worth living
and living well
