It is a New Year
and we are told that
It is time to envision a bright future!
and we are told that

To make the big plans!
To resolve to do the great things!
To get going!
or not...
Maybe you are just not feeling it- this year
And maybe that is ok
Perhaps it is enough
-No...more than enough
perhaps it is important this year
To keep the light burning
The music playing
Perhaps it is more important
that we see (really see) the people around us
And that we taste and feel the here and now
That sounds like more than a resolution
That sounds like a plan
