Our concern be peace of mind.
Keep unlovely things afar.
Theocritus
We lock our doors and windows to keep out that which would harm
And yet, we seem much less cautious
about what we allow in to our souls
We screen our skin from the sun
And yet can bathe our minds in that which seers without a second thought
How can the mind that entertains violence
ever truly be at peace?
And when did the observation of murder and mayhem become a way to unwind?
Today, when you lock your doors and close your windows
to protect your things
Remember that your soul is counting on you to do the same
and that's poetiquejustis
"I am leaving you with a gift-peace of mind and heart. And peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.
John 14:27
